Damn that trailer was pretty awsome. Very smart move on Nintendo's part. Showing they won't just follow a forumula. Many thought them coming out with a Zelda sequal for the gamecube that wasn't WW style would be wierd. However it comes off as natural.

Maybe because when one sees a trailer like this it excudes a "We know what the fuck we are doing" quality about it. Cool

Looks very promissing.

oh man, thats amazing! lol, i love how they pulled one over on everyone, making us think that it was gonna be another cel-da, and then BAM! after everyone badmouthed nintendo about "being out of touch" and this is like nintendo whippin out its wang and smackin em all in the face with it.

Yeah, I saw this earlier. The new Zelda should be awesome, and though I like both cel-shading and realistic graphics, I can't deny that I am insanely impressed by the video.

That video is AWESOME, but it makes me wonder what ever happened to Wind Waker 2... I still hope they make it.. I was really looking forward to it, cel-shading and all. But there's no doubt in ANYONE'S mind that this new game will ROCK, let's just hope it comes out this year =P

I read somewhere that when "Wind Waker 2" was mentioned, the man who said it was in fact referring to this game. It's not exactly a sequel (and it obviously looks very different) but it is apparently that game (now with a new name). The upshot is that we probably shouldn't expect "Wind Waker 2," as such, to ever appear.

I'm sorry, but I don't have the link on hand. I think I read it at GameSpot, if that helps.

I read on IGN that they think its a remake of the orginal zelda from NES man that would be pretty sweet if they remade all the old NES and SuperNes 1s.

I read on n-philes that it's a totally new Zelda adventure.
