In North America a Hunters Liscense costs $8.95 a month. Which is cheap when compared to every other online RPG on the market.

A Hunters Liscense will allow you to play both PSO Ep1&2 and PSO Ep3 online .

You can use dial-up or broadband. What ISP do you currently have?

You need to purchase a dial-up modem, or a broadband adaptor for your gamecube.

To signup for a Hunter's Liscense you can do so at the following URLs:

PAL Regions (Europe / Australia / New Zealand):

Your ISP is your internet service provider (examples: AOL, Net Zero, Bellsouth, etc.).

Well, not only just the provider, but also, what connection are you using? Are you connecting over a phone line? Or are you connecting to a cable / DSL modem?

Ok so you probobly have comcast cable. Do you own a router? Is it a wireless router?

The only way to get online via wireless with a game console is to use a wireless ethernet bridge. A few companies make this specifically for gamers. Linksys does this, however the connection stability varies depending on the house. Some people have no problems, whereas some other people I know have a hardtime maintaining a stable connection.

If you can, I would advise getting a very long ethernet cable. If you can set it up, I would go that route. (just make sure nobody trips over it!!!) A wireless ethernet bridge is rather expensive, running anywhere from 100-200 dollars. And you have to have a wireless router already for the Bridge to connect.

Also, if you have cable broadband, you will need a gamecube broadband adapter then.

No, all you need is to have PSO you are good to go and can play with anyone regardless of which version they own.
