lmmfao, does anyone know what the farthest distance this game can be tunneled and be playable? i hear you should only play these cube games really close. but i,m sure you can at least play over some kind of distance. maybe across a few blocks? miles?

60 miles is pretty good. we still don't know the max distance it can be played with little to no lag. i picked MKDD up about 2 weeks ago. so if anyone wants to try to tunnel this with me let me know. i downloaded "warp pipe" i think that's what its called.

I am pretty sure warpipe does not work anymore. I used xlink to tunnel it. Also, what state do you live in? I was able to play with nosferatu who lives 60 miles away, but he has fast internet. Like 1mbps or something. My internet is only 256 kbps.

Its an interesting point for the UK at least. You got no problem at 60 miles, I only live 5 miles from Segadreamcaster. At the moment he has no interest in GC online due to the price of BBA's but if he ever does the performance should be fantastic. Anyone have any theory on when this would start to tail off in performance distance wise? Remember 700 Miles would cover most of the UK and most players will be within 400 miles of each other. This could be fully viable for the UK lan community. Anyone from UK ever wants to test then give me a shout.

Yea, I'm planning on picking up a BBA to try out GC online very soon. I'm not holding my breath for a good framerate though.

Man, if I want to try with you or Nosferatu, we're talking over 1000 miles.
