I'd like to buy this adapter , but as I have a DOL-001 gamecube, I don't know if it is incompatible in the case where Nintendo made some changes on adapter ports between the consoles models ?

All Gamecubes have the Serial Port 1 that the Broadband adapter will plug into. The only port they got rid of, if I recall correctly, was Serial Port 2.. (The High-Speed port was used by the GameBoy Player). The BBA should work just fine on any Gamecube. Also, isn't a DOL-001 the original model? Worry not, for I have two original Gamecubes and the BBA works just fine in both of them.
