I was flipping through my GBP manual out of boredom awhile ago, and came across this.
Quote:
NOTE: This method is only for connecting Game Boy systems to the Game Boy Player. Do not connect multiple Game Boy Players together using this method. Having multiple GameBoy Players for FF:CC and Zelda: FS doesn't do any harm, of course, but I don't see how linking the GBPs directly would be significantly different. Instead of being plugged into a 5th GameCube, they're plugged into each other. If one were to want a GBP party with everybody playing something like Mario Kart Advance (As an example - I'd rather just LAN Double Dash at that point), would linking the GBPs actually do damage or something? |

I don't know why they put this warning there. As far as I know there are no drawbacks from linking gamecube's together via the GameBoy Players. | ||||
