I have some animal parts that i want to convert into weapons and I know you could do it in a quest. But every time I talk to Dr. Montague in either Dr. Osto's Research or Unsealed Door all he says is "Where is Elenor...." so I need to know what the hell I'm doing wrong any help would be greatly appreaciated...

I talk to him at the unsealed door mission and he makes weapons for me.

I don't know what your problem could be.

u need to do either:
'Docs Secret Plan'
or
'Soul of Steel'
for him to make weapons and make sure u have it on u

Beat all levels, then you can play every level how many times you wan't. Then load up the quest where you change parts.
