I just got online before work and Vega is gone!! The cheaters have finally done it lol. Anyway, anyone know why the ship is down? Not that i really care but I did see anything about maintance or stuff like when they usually take them down.
EDIT: Doh, should have checked PSOWorld first heh. They have a topic about it something to the effect that there was a mass duper duping nei's claw. But said the vega ship was down due to normal maintance and that it's just a coiencedence... Interesting to say the least. |

Yea, a guy was running around in multiple lobbies saying over and over again. "Does anyone want the REAL nie's claw?"
I almost feel anyhigh mag or high rare that someone said, someone "gave" to them is a dupe. Who would ever give away for isntance, a sato, or a rati mag to a friend, that you spent hours upon hours growing. Yea there is the rare acception the person has doubles of an ultra rare. Then there is an acception the person us a mag farmer. But how many of those people are there? So anyone running around offering to just give away rares, has a 95% chance of being a duper. Specially people who advertise it, cause they are doing it for attention. YOU KNOW WHAT?!?! I just had an idea. Since everyone registered here at onlineconsoles so far is a legit gamer. How about we pitch in and start a thread. And we can all throw in ideas on a complete "legit" gamers guide to pso. What do you guys think? |

Sounds interesting he he. I'll put in my two cents. Oh and here is my other 2 cents. I'm one of those mag farmers lol. I have been custom making mags for quite some time now now I am not about to give away any of the mags that take amps (cause I don't have any on this version, found a sound force fm 2 actually from pal rappies in ver2) Unless you are one of those lucky people to find one I have actually raised a mag for a lvl 200 char for one of his sub chars and fed it an amp he had found.
My current mag Rati was my second lvl 200 mag. I gave my first one away and wish I had it back... It was a pow mag but I found in ult stuff if I didn't have s/d then i would do nothing but miss miss with my current legit weps even those that have decent hit %.... The red stuff that was so common in the DC version has wayyyyy more hit% and damage than the old rare weps. SIde note, in case anyone cares. I found out why most rares suck now in ult.... It's cause in the DC version if you had a weapon with 50% more in one lvl it would boost your overall ATP!! If your total ATP with weapon equiped was 1000 it would pump it to 1500. In the new system 50% in one area means if the weapon adds 100 ATP it will now do 150 ATP. Reguardless of your total ATP it only adds to the weapons ATP. Which makes more sense but sucks they made rares so much harder or well usually ones for soloing. Also the game now tells your your total ATA if you equip a weapon with ATA% I'm lvl 140 Hucast and have yet to find a good offline or online soloing weapon for ruins.... or EP2 But if i get a whiff of ANY S/D even my mags I can tear into stuff like mad. Oh, and me and my friend keep talking about it but I could if I just sit down for a minute make it.... I'm amazed at how many people don't know about tekking weapons!!! The +- 10% thing. I think we need an instructional video for it what ya think? Not to be mean but seriously there are alot of over lvl 100 chars that don't know about this!! By tekking it wrong you could lose 20% |

Yea like weapons needed to help us last night in Ruins LOL that was madness Nester. We died like 50 times, my mag has 5% synchro.
Anyways I couldn't agree with you more about tekking. I tekked a King's Calibure with amazing percent's last night, took me forever, but so well worth it. It can go has high as 20% plus or minus, also the grind of the weapon, and the type are subject to change. The King's Calibure I was tekking, changed from a King's to a Lord's all the way down to a master's calibure.....with shitty percents. When you have tekked an item correctly, you'll hear that CHIME sound go off after paying him. I'll start up a full post of the guide, and then peopel can correct me, and fill in gaps and add more to it, and we can post it as a guide on the site. I'll even post all names who contributed information to the guide as well. Should be cool cause then it will reflect a community effort went into crafting it. |
