i would think so, you might have some things to work out first, but in the end it should work

Type: NTSC-U/C
Try this one:
---------
ISP: Hyper Connection (last tested--11.24.03)
Username: signup@hypercon.net
Password: d3f4g56

Access Numbers:
http://webworkzisp.com/index.php/page/access_number
Look for globalpop numbers, they are the "gl" numbers
---------
It will be on the FREE isp's list shortly. The list changes all the time, the 1-800 juno account has been there like for over 9 months. AC/DC uses it and hasn't been getting charged any fees. The Hyper Connection account works, a user over at the PS2 site has been using it and say sit functions great.
