Depends, do you wanna start your characters over? PSOGC has a second Episode with more enemies, items, story, and levels. Plus it has a totally new c-mode (online only) based on this new Episode (called Episode 2), though only one stage of it is up right now. There are lots of people on PSOGC, and you can't really hack, per se, on PSOGC (though there are plenty of dupes going around..).

Plus (and a big plus), you can go online with PSOGC. If I'm not mistaken, the PSODC servers were taken offline earlier this year.

Ok, well, you said you had the US version, so that means you can't go online with it... I dunno, it's really up to you if you wanna get PSOGC.

I'll stick to GC PSO. I mean it does have Episode I and II in one little disc and level 200 that I wish I reached.

personally I feel everyone should start out on dreamcast, or atleast pick up a copy to play through it some. Playing on the DC definatly has a different aura to it. I don't know what it is. Its just....Dreamcast. All the versions of PSO area great. Personally the best experience for me was to start out on Dreamcast, then move to gamecube.

I cherish the moments I spent on the DC, and successfully lvled my V1 character to Lv100 online before the US server shutdown.

I would still be playing Dreamcast PSO on PAL...however I running this site don't have the time to play and interact on 2 versions of PSO as well as all the other console online games I play.

Dreamcast PSO still rules, and is my personal alltime favorite.
