| ok im bliging like its nobody buisness, but my next step is a debit card for PSO. i need one how old do i need to be for one? | ||||

How old you need to get a debit card? You can get one with a checking account with most banks. If you can get a checking account then you can get a debit card/check card. I use my check card with PSO. Primarily because I know if I owned a real credit card I would get into some SERIOUS financial debt. Also sega says not to use a check card with pso.
I use a check card. They cant really find out. The only way they would be tipped of is if you didn't have money in the bank when the billing day arrives. I'm not sure how old you have to be. All I know is I highly recommend getting a debit/check card. They RULE. You can do everything you normally do, shop online, sign up for services, and your cash flow is undercontrol. |

Well my card is a isa check card. I really don't know what a debit card specifically is. Whether it is the same as what I have but my bank just calls it different. Basically my card is a Visa Credit Card that just deducts from my checking account. If i try to spend money that isn't in my account. Like over buying, it won't even let the transaction go through. So I can't ever over withdraw or anything like that. I run it off like a standard Visa Credit Card whenever I purchase.
I think debit is handled differently than credit. When I got to best buy they always ask me. "Is this Debit or Credit?" I always say credit. So I guess there is a difference. I don't think you could use a debit card with PSO. I think you can use a card that acts like a credit card like mine does though. |

I was trying to get a checking acct with a check card, but you cant get a checking acct when your under 18 here in the US. I may go on a joint one with my dad and get the check card in his name, but use it online. | |||

Yeah, it's no big deal, your parent just has to co-sign and agree to the penalties if you mess up with your card since the government can't do anything to a minor. Once you turn 18, you can easily take their name off of the account. | |||

I used to have one of those but since I stopped working my dad and I decided to cancel and get a new one when i get a job. Also, because that bank kind of sucked...I need money again...  |
