 OK I PLAY MY PLAYSTATION 2 ONLINE WITH THE FREE ISP LIST AND MY DC FOR QUAKE 3 ARENA NOW I JUST GOT A MODEM ADAPTER FOR GAMECUBE AND ITS TELLING ME THAT IT FAILS AUTHINTICATION WHEN I USE THOSE ISP'S THATS ON THE FREE ISP LIST ......BUT WHEN I TRYED MY DIAL UP FOR MY AOL FOR PSO ON GAMECUBE IT SAYS SOMETHING DIFFERENT WHEN I TRY TO LOG ON ....IT SAYS CANT LOG INTO SURVER WHEN I GO TO WEBSITE FROM THE MAIN MENU IN PSO (GC) AND WHEN I GO TO ONLINE GAME AFTER I PUT IN MY SERIAL # AND ALL THAT IT DIALS THEN SAYS SENDING USERNAME AND PASSWORD THEN AFTER THAT IT SAYS SOMETHING ABOUT CANT LOG INTO TO SURVER
AND I KNOW IM SUPPOSE TO GET A GUILD THING TO BE ABLE TO GO ONLINE BUT I DONT WANT TO BUY ONE THEN THAT AINT THE PROBLEM SO I NEED A ISP THAT I KNOW IS GONNA WORK BEFORE I GO BUY A GUILD THING WHAT DOES IT SAY WHEN YOU TRY TO LOG ON PSO WITHOUT A GUILD ? CUZ IF IT SAYS WHAT IT SHOWED ME THAT MIGHT MEAN MY ISP WORKS AND I JUST NEED TO BUY A HUNTERS GUILD. PEACE OUT ! |

Well you should be able to atleast access the PSO webpage through the game. If you get that to work then you will be able to get online with the game. Then you need to buy a hunter's liscense.
If you have AOL you can try setting up Internet Connection Sharing: http://gamecube.onlineconsoles.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=413 (ps: in the future try not to type in all capital letters, it is extremly difficult to read.) |
