I always liked challenge mode and have often wondered why most people don't play it. It's a nice break from just killing monsters.

its is a game on its own, why? Because you have to play it right, no cheating can be done, you need skill, basically you NEED to be a player

What's even worse is when you're playing with JP players and you have no idea what to do... The only times I've really ever played c-mode was with JP players, I could just never make it to the PSOW C-Mode night...

i hate when the other people dont know what to do and i have no time to explain it. Although i've barely done c-mode due to the lack of people to do it with lol. On Dreamcast i got pretty far playing with japanese players.

C-Mode is a pretty nice addition to the game. I love the fact that it requires real, genuine skill.

I think it completely redefines the game. With a regular game, you can just plug away at it slowly (or with help), and you'll get stronger and be able to progress.

C-Mode, as mentioned before, requires actual skill. There's no way you can "fake it" by just using brute strength gained through leveling and/or strong item finds.

Yes, it is part of the same game, but it requires a whole different mindset and a whole different class of skills.

C-mode is great. I got my first S-rank after a long day of playing which ended in my disconnecting in the tunnel when you are about to fight Falz.
C-mode is still mainly legit. Not most people know this but there are hackers who get to level 200 and do C-mode like that. Good thing almost everybody in Alcyclone 6 is legit when playing this mode. Mr. Green Mr. Green
