better connection, phone line is free, If you have broadband, get that instead so you can play lan games also online. | |||

Yea over broadband your connection is more "stable" I guess you could say. All depends on your dialup ISP. PSO on gamecube performs just as good overdialup as it did on Dreamcast. Honestly there isnt any "lag" and the game runs extremly smooth. I have played on dialup with gamers so many times and you can't tell the difference at all.
Like chile said the main benifits to playing over broadband are just having the phoneline free. |
