what is an FSOD , and what happens to your guy if you receive duped/hacked items. also can the servers recognize or has there been a patch released to get rid of duped/hacked items? any answers would be much appreciated  |

FSOD = Frozen Screen of Death/Doom... Basically, it causes your screen to freeze and make a buzzing noise, causing you to turn off your GC without saving. If a save was in process, then your data will become corrupted and have to be deleted.
When this happens(Note, online only) it will delete items that your character doesn't have equipped or in the check room, offline it will just revert your character back to your last save(Note, I only know of one way you can FSOD yourself offline, and you have to be pretty dumb to do it) So, to prevent yourself from losing items, simply bank all your items when you aren't using them, and try to avoid crowded lobbies online. Play in locked games and make the password not easy to guess. |
